Contacts Disappeared after making changes in Exchange Account, how can I resolve this Issue?

Lately, iphone users complained that their iphone contacts disappeared after making a change in their exchange account although they are still present in the outlook when check on a laptop. What is really happening?


What you need to know is that you must be connected to a mobile data or wifi for your contacts to appear. To resolve this issue, check if you are connected to Wifi or mobile data, if you are not, switch your mobile data on or connect to a Wifi, your contacts will be back on.
